fine filter

Our fine filters remove small dirt particles in the water, such as rust particles, grains of sand, lime and installation residues. We have three different models that can be used in different areas.

media filter
Depending on which substances are to be filtered out of the water, the filters can be filled with the appropriate filter material. For cooling and heating circuits, we also carry devices that work on the principle of partial flow filtration.

membrane technology
Membrane technology can also be used for water purification. Macromolecules are removed by ultrafiltration and microfiltration and the wastewater is thereby disinfected. With this method you get very clean water up to drinking water quality.

sand filter

Sand filters are used to filter dirt particles and other foreign substances in the side stream from open cooling circuits. The compact system, ready for connection, is on a plastic Euro pallet, the filter container is made of GRP and can be filled with quartz gravel and supporting gravel. The pump housing is made of plastic, Ederstahl or GG, as well as the impeller and the central control valve is made of ABS.

The advantages of the system are the automatic and time-dependent backwashing, optimal operating throughput is regulated by the integrated feed pump. The plant also has a high separation capacity thanks to quartz gravel with an optimal grain size distribution. The device is also very easy to install and is available in various sizes (11-24 m³ / h).
